Try is fish head noodle restaurant are once very famous which I have visited from 2000s till now. Today try to relinquish the taste. Reached around 1130 and it was quite empty. Last time this hour usually are packed. Ordered fish head noodle, fried rice cake and Guinness chicken wing. Fish head noodle are good. Sour and milky a traditional way for this dish. Fish are fresh and big. They occasionally will come to top up the soup for you. Fried fish cake are good too. Savoury with fresh ingredients like prawn and squids. Taste extra nice when you bite it with the pork lard. Guineas chicken wing are nice. Good honey glaze sweetness with salty after taste. Overall food are good. But feel like the soup taste are milder compared to last time. Perhaps they could not attract any new young generation to come so most of their customers are oldies like me haha. Will I repeat? Yes but not purposely come here to eat. Maybe once in a blue moon.

A friend of mine recommended this place for fish head noodles and it satisfied my craving for fish head noodles. The best fish head noodles in town I would say. The fish head was flavorful with the soup in the noodles and it was soft and delicious. We ordered rats tail noodles as well and it was my favorite. I just couldn’t get enough of it. It was very flavorsome with the ingredients and sauce that came with it. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience here. Food and drinks were served quick and the server was helpful with the recommendations. Would love to come back again to try more of their dishes!

I was told they are famous for their fish head noodle and 老鼠粉. But what i love most is their Fu Zhuk Yi Mai and the sambal for the fish head noodle I find the Yam pork abit too sweet, I personally prefer the more savoury version.
